Dinamo Bucharest II vs. CSA Steaua Bucharest (3rd Division)
According to the Romanian press, around 15.00 in the vicinity of the stadium, gathered two groups of hooligans. About 60 from Dinamo and about 100 from Steaua. When the policemen tried to prevent the fight, they clashed with hooligans.
Later, a group of Steau hooligans appeared at the metro station and while they were driving, two policemen were attacked. As a result, the metro was stopped and 30 people were detained and taken to the police station. The police also confiscated a white weapon from Steaua Bucharest. Police intervention in metro according to witnesses was also highly controversial that day. On video (below) can see the police throwing a man from the train and then he hitting the ground.
Steau Bucharest version: Before the game, outside the stadium, there was no clash with the police or with Dinamo fans. We just wanted to give support to our team but police started arresting us for no reason, the rest of our boys run away to the subway and there after a while the police attack us. It is a lie that we allegedly attacked 2 policemen in the subway, which resulted in the intervention of the police. Picture with white weapon is fake, the police spread false information to the public space because they had to somehow justify their brutal behavior.
