Bosnia and Herzegovina. 12.09.2020
Around 22.00 o’clock at night, police officers from Široki Brijeg received information that a group of about 50 unknown people had gathered in the city, near the forest park. On the spot, it turned out that they were Dinamo Zagreb hooligans (Bad Blue Boys group) who came there to fight with NK Široki Brijeg fans (Škripari group). Police detained 3 citizens of Bosnia and Herzegovina and 19 Croatians who were later escorted to the border.
The reason for the conflict was a graffiti painted earlier by NK Široki Brijeg (Škripari group) in the town of Ljubuški, which the Dinamo hooligans consider as their territory.
* Ljubuški – a city in Bosnia and Herzegovina with 4,023 people, most of them Croatians, several minutes to the Croatian border.
